Toschi Amarena Cherries

Toschi is one of the two families owning the original recipe of Amarena cherries.

Today, just as 65 years ago, only the very best black Sour cherries are carefully selected, stoned and sweetened.

They are ideal as a garnish for desserts, cakes and ‘semifreddi’ (ice-cream cakes) or to create very special ice-creams, milkshakes and water ices. Once the cherries are finished, it is possible to use the syrup for thirst-quenching long drinks, ice lollies, water-ices and milkshakes.
