A made to order petit gateau set consists of 5 type 25 pieces of freshly made petit four at the Chef's creative discretion. Eg: petit gateau, lemon meringue tart , fruit pie, choux chantilly, berry mousse or chocolate éclair. An adorable ensemble by French Chef Felicien who has over 35 years of experience serving as a Chef in three star Michelin restaurants in Europe and the U.S.

He has served as the private chef to many celebrities, dignitaries, and political office bearers. He even served in the French Presidential Palace (François Mitterrand), preparing delicacies for visiting diplomats.

With numerous culinary accolades and success, Chef Felicien has made his home in Singapore.

This cake is made to order in Singapore using carefully selected ingredients. Every cake is a piece unique and the picture serves as a visual representation of the final product. At times certain seasonal garnish ingredients may not be available and will be substituted.

Receiving & Serving

This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
