This Honey Yuzu Cream Cake showcases a yuzu sponge, layered with freshly made yuzu curd and New Zealand manuka honey cream. This citrus light refreshing combination is definitely worth a try and is perfect for those who prefer something lighter on their palette!

This cake is made to order in Singapore using carefully selected ingredients. Every cake is a piece unique and the picture serves as a visual representation of the final product. At times certain seasonal garnish ingredients may not be available and will be substituted.

Receiving & Serving

This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
