Created by our in-house Atlas Handcrafted cake artisan, generously filled with luxurious hand-churned fresh cream, each of our cakes are made to order, with love.

This Mango Yuzu lemonCake features a soft cotton yuzu sponge, layered with our freshly made yuzu lemon curd cream and mango chutney, covered with manuka honey cream. A blissful mouthfeel of tropical flavours to savour. Finishing off with dried mango strips and the fragrance of osmanthus flowers.

This cake is made to order in Singapore using carefully selected ingredients. Every cake is a piece unique and the picture serves as a visual representation of the final product. At times certain seasonal garnish ingredients may not be available and will be substituted.

Receiving & Serving

This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days advance notice for processing and delivery. This gives our artisans ample time to prepare your order with exceptional care and attention to detail. As this item is made to order and perishable it is not eligible for rush shipping.
