Marscapone Blackforest Cake

Created by our in-house Atlas Handcrafted cake artisan, generously filled with luxurious hand-churned fresh cream, each of our cakes are made to order, with love.

[Alcohol free] A retake on the classic Blackforest, this cake features a soft cotton chocolate sponge, layered with chocolate chantilly and sour cherries, chocolate sponge, and another layer of mascarpone chantilly. Covered with our rich chocolate chantilly and finished off with sour cherries topped with elegant gold leaves.

This cake is made to order in Singapore using carefully selected ingredients. Every cake is a piece unique and the picture serves as a visual representation of the final product. At times certain seasonal garnish ingredients may not be available and will be substituted.

Receiving & Serving

This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
