Operated by two senior aunties in their 70s and 90s, their kuehs are made from scratch in very small batches each day and are gently steamed to render an incredibly soft texture that cannot be reproduced in the commercial variations.

A small family-run hawker stall, they are experts at tutu cakes, muah chee, and tapioca pancakes, the aunty and uncle team at Aftertaste are descendants of push-cart street food hawkers that littered Singapore's Chinatown in the 60s. Staying true to their hawker heritage and taste, they have gone the extra mile to make their own ground peanuts and use freshly juiced pandan in their dishes.
Heritage Vadai from Noor Jasmin Indian Cuisine
Noor Jasmine is a second-generation hawker who specializes in heritage Indian fare with an emphasis on Dosai, Vadai, and Ponda dishes. Expect authentic dosas and vadais with a hearty splash of homemade coconut chutney and masala potatoes made using her grandmother's secret spice blend which is ground in-house each morning.
