Glittering with leaves of 24k gold, hand imported from Kanazawa Japan, this Valrhona Extravagance almond chiffon is made with 70% imported ground almonds making them very flavourful, light, but decadent at the same time.
This single-layer cake is perfumed with premium Valrhona chocolate and is finished with a deliciously rich chocolate frosting before being garnished with shaved dark chocolate, seasonal salted caramel nut brittle and imported 24k gold leaves.

Receiving & Serving
This cake ships chilled. Upon receipt store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To serve, run a long, ultra-sharp knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
