Bittermens Orchard Street Celery Shrub

Bittermens took an idea of a brine, a shrub and a 1930's classic celery soda and decided to dedicate it to Orchard Street, home of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum. Consider this the flavor of old New York inspired by pickle vendors of Orchard Street.

This is not a "bitter" per se, but a "shrub", which offers much in the way of the same effect of spicing your cocktails with awesome.
