Domaine du Chardonnay Chablis 2018

In 1987, Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan regroup their farming and join together their knowledge in order to create the Domaine du Chardonnay.

They will over the years, convert progressively their farmers activity to focus on vines and to create amazing chardonnay in appellation Chablis, Petit Chablis, and few Chablis 1er crus.

Pale, brilliant yellow.

• Refined nose opening up to white flowers, spring time vegetal notes and subtle mineral and lemony undertones.

• Exuberance is key on the palate yet also minerality. A nervy, clean Chablis
