Grape Varieties: Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon (equal blend)
Tasting Notes: Aged for 12 months in 30% new oak (mostly French, the rest American). The balance is beautiful and the sappy fruit seems concentrated and ripe. It is very elegant too. The red fruit flavors have softened into the tannins to give a wine with secondary flavors and touches of wood, plus a flourish of acidity at the end.
Best served at 10 to 12 degrees
