An Irish gin made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom, and star anise as well as vapor-infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit, and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed Distillery, which is also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys. Bright citrus and green tea notes are complemented by the spices.

About this gin

The nose is light and citrus-forward. The more delicate handling of the citrus ingredients is quite evident here. Fresh lemon zest highlights a subtle herbaceous, sagey juniper with the slightest hint of green tea and meadowsweet.
