El Gos is a Garnacha Negra single varietal young wine, sourced from own vineyards in the municipality of EL Molar, within the DO Montsant side, although the wine is made outside the Denomination of Origin, under their new classification of Mountain Wines. Grapes from ecological and conventional viticulture. Hand-picked with a first selection process carried out at the vineyard. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with native yeasts followed by 3 months ageing in oak barrels.

Grifoll Declara is a small family-owned winery founded in 1880 in El Molar, a small village in the Priorat region (Tarragona), actually is managed by the fifth generation, dedicated to the cultivation of vines, almonds and olive trees, 72 plots, 100% self-owned vineyard, cultivated according to organic and traditional viticulture, in the winery they follow the same philosophy, always selecting indigenous yeasts, working with the minimum of sulfites to keep the stability of the wine and they do not use any animal product, which makes it fully suitable for Vegetarians, Vegan Wine.

Since 2018 all the wines from the winery are comercialised outside de Denomination of Origin Montsant. The vineyards and winery, previously certified as DO Montsant , started producing their wines under an independent system with an external audit and quality control called “Mountain Wines” MWEM, fully backed by the Spanish and European authorities,
