The slow maceration of “Cassis Noir de Bourgogne”, harvested in the Val de Loire, gives to this liqueur all its powerful and generous aromas. Very fruity mouth, intense taste of blackcurrant berries enhanced by the recognisable note of blackcurrant buds.
