Gin Sul

German gin made in Hamburg that spends it's days dreaming of the Algarve, where the lemons used in its production are grown. Mediterranean florals are also used in this 'nostalgic' (a loose translation of the Portuguese "Saudade") gin, presented in a rather handsome opaque bottle.

Smell / Aroma
Citrus and floral spice prevail the aroma.

Taste / Palate
Fresh notes mixed with sour tart and slightly bitter licorice.

Finish
Full body with long and citrusy finish that lets other highly aromatic ingredients come to life with time.
