Glendalough Rose Gin

This pink colored gin made from three types of roses, including the rare wild rose which can be found in the Wicklow Mountains, the team at Glendalough have created a pink gin of unmatched complexity and flavour. You just have to try this floral rose scent.

Origin: County Wicklow, Ireland

Botanicals: Juniper, wild rose, heritage rose, damask rose and a range of fresh wild botanicals foraged from the Glendalough valley. Tasting Notes: Floral and fruity throughout, this gin has juniper and fragrant flower scents on the nose. Its palate continues those flavours and adds a touch of orange. The finish lingers luxuriously as hints of liquorice come through at the end. Perfect G&T: Serve with a premium tonic water, slice of lime and sprig of fresh mint.
