About this Rum

Gold of Mauritius matures in South African fortified wine barrels and is then blended in small batches. Well balanced with sweet, chocolatey notes, tropical fruit, and savory touches of oak.
Representing Mauritius as a whole, Solera 5 is a blend of various single distillates from the island, refined in an elaborate process that then reaches its harmonious and aromatic flavor after maturing.
