A limited collaboration of 350 bottles between Julio Bastos and Atlas Handcrafted.

We selected grapes from old Alicante Bouschet vines, foot-trodden in marble tanks with temperature control, and slowly matured the wine for 14 months in new French oak barriques. The result is a wine that shows a dark ruby color with dark plum, kirsch, blackberry and chocolate aromas on the nose.

On the palate, it is silky and intense with round, matured tannins that provide a long and satisfying finish

Vinification

Manually harvested grapes into 12kg boxes and rigorously selected at the choosing table. Fermentation happened in temperature controlled press with various treads throughout the process. 16 months staging in new freach oak barrels
