This double cask Pepper Gin Liqueur is stored in old Sherry and new French oak casks for a minimum of 3 months each, both of which previously contained awarded Håvaldsen Aquavit.

A rounded handmade liqueur. After maturation, pepper, orange peel and sugar soak in this first of its kind spirit to create a complex mixologist’s dream.

Immerse in a smokiness from the barrels, with a balance of cinnamon, pepper and a touch of orange.

Usage: Enjoy neat, with dessert or as a new approach to classic cocktails.
