It is very smooth on the palate with a pleasant finish. Luis Pato’s interpretation of natural wine, with absolutely no added sugar, sulphur, yeast, acid, malic bacteria and no fining. Many people associate this wine as the Pinot Noir of France or the Nebbiolo of Italy. This is Portugal’s very own Baga.
