Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel uses a process of double aging that utilizes varying levels of humidity and wood essence to shape the flavor profile. A hand selected blend of the company’s
oldest, and most stunning Barbados rums. Plantation XO is delicately sweet and chewy, with elements of cocoa and candied orange.
